Oh I mean he started it, did a couple episodes and peer pressured nostr:nprofile1qqsywt6ypu57lxtwj2scdwxnyrl3sry9typcstje65x7rw9a2e5nq8spz4mhxue69uhk2er9dchxummnw3ezumrpdejqzrthwden5te0dehhxtnvdakqzxrhwden5te0wfjkccte9eekummjwsh8xmmrd9skc2zw4kf and then everyone jumped in
HODLE filmed himself using his phone a couple times and called it vlogging, and then it picked up from there with someone saying Nostr needs vlogs and people started meming about it, and then it was found that there is a YouTube-style client in the works, and so on. That's how I saw it anyways.
