I've spend HOURS troubleshooting the setup for #bluewallet connecting to my own node.
Just gave up and tried #Zeus. Setup took 15 mins and has been a breeze to use ever since. Dunno what took me so long

Try the embedded node with LSP. Self custody and it will hide your node from the sender, when receiving payment.

How do you connect?
I was successful using lndhub.
There always seemed to be a conflict between connecting to electrum via Tor and also connecting to lndhub.
I could configure it no problem using my local network, but introducing Tor always had problems
I've stopped using #BlueWallet ever since the tor access was removed. It does work with #Orbot but good luck orange-pilling newbies with that. All my friends & family are now stuck and I have to migrate them to some other wallet.
#Zeus seems the best choice for connecting to an LndHub or LNBits via tor (custodial wallets) but fails when trying to connect the embedded node to my server via tor to open a channel.
No perfect solution yet I guess, so I stopped telling people that #bitcoin is easy unless they already know how to compile C++ on Linux🐸
It took me toooo long to figure out Bluewallet. Eventually it worked. But it worked because of trial and error and I really can’t remember what I did to help you. 🤣🤣
Also Zeus is much better anyway.
