i'll give some general principles that apply to improving global health which if disrupted may lead to autoimmune conditions

1. Make red meat the cornerstone of your diet

2. Reduce your body fat slowly via caloric deficits to 15% or less (intermittent fasting may help but aerobic and strength exercise with a 250calorie deficit daily is effective) -> creates slow re-composition of your body habitus

3. Avoid all foods/meals that have complex ingredients (just eat things that want to be eaten like animals and some fruit)

4. Eliminate all seed oils (cook only with ghee, tallow, and butter)

5. Sleep alot (8 hrs always)

6. Avoid stimulants

7. Get your fasting insulin and inflammatory markers checked every 6 months as you start this process to recovery

8. Drink 4 cups of hydrogen water daily (best unit is purepebrix on amazon)

9. Restore your gut health ("pendulum" daily probiotic + "seed" prebiotic)

10. Increase your consumption of organs daily (heart and soil "histamine+immune" and "organs" supplements daily and male/female total package supplements depending on your sex)
