Joy for me is that first cucumber sandwich of the year on some fresh homemade herbed sourdough, onions, salt and pepper, and some homemade mayo.

Trying not to think about what the hell I'm going to do with my garden. While I'm traveling again Starting mid next week till the 18th. 😭

Yum. Looks delicious. I am several weeks away from having cucumbers. I use flat sprinkler hose on a timer to water stuff when I am gone. It works okay once you figure out the right timing.

Luckily, my roommate does water for me while I'm gone. I just give him a schedule. Works almost like a timer. 😅

I'm actually genuinely surprised to have cucumbers that are good to go though.
