I didn't like the look of the mixed greens at the supermarket this morning so this is something packaged as "green leaf lettuce" which could mean literally anything.

Wrap pro-tip from someone who used to make about 85 per shift:

Thin out your sauce/condiment just a little with a complimentary liquid or water and toss the largest pieces of whatever you're wrapping (chicken in this case) in the sauce do distribute the flavor evenly.
