It's just "wallet", no need for all the doublethink qualifiers with negative connotations.

If you don't have the keys, it's not a wallet, it's a bank account.

Wallet = the thing I may or may not have in my pocket and it's no one's business to know about.

Wallet != bank account

Wallet != government ID account
