Meditations is essentially a collection of individual thoughts so its a great read for busy people. If you have time to read 3 sentences, you can put it down, pick it up weeks later and not miss a thing. I hope you find interest in exploring it. It's almost more useful as a reference book than an actual read.

Stoicism's stance on "no way forward" would be that you do not dwell or despair but accept & move your focus elsewhere.

As far as a particular MA quote, I'd have to look one up..but they're out there 😊

That depends on how it's written. Like, BGE is all aphorisms and within 3 chapters it made me realize I had to read everyone else first to understand what is even being argued half the time.

You should give it a whirl. I think the format is why it's so popular.
