Do most recipes include Clove and Coriander?

Not really flavors I associate with meat. Not really a fan.

It takes some time to get used to but eventually you enjoy it

I can see myself doing so as needed.

My family, not so much, short of SHTF scenarios.

Is those traditional ingredients?

Needed for the non-nitrate curing?
