Good morning.

The State of Utah filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of the United States challenging the federal government’s authority to retain “unappropriated” federal land (aka BLM lands) within the state.

“It is not a secret that we live in the most beautiful state in the nation. But, when the federal government controls two-thirds of Utah, we are extremely limited in what we can do to actively manage and protect our natural resources,” - Governor Spencer Cox.

Go Utah.

So it begins! If states really are to become sovereign again, they need to get off the fiat teat or this won’t work.

If you've never driven through Utah on a road trip, it can get dicey because of this, too. Those last gas/service for 100+ miles signs and then spotty ass cell reception always have me on edge.

I have to drive a good chunk of Utah (including Salt Lake) at least twice a year and . . . yeah. Dicey is a very good word for it.

this is a major problem... many of the western states are almost completely "owned" by the de facto bankrupt U.S. corporate gov...

its unconstitutional... those cunts are limited to 10 square mile DC district.

the rest is ours.
