I don’t know about that. YES it’s a fraud, but posting on YouTube isn’t costing you anything if you already have a camera/mic on your phone. They aren’t LOSING anything but their time. That’s valuable. But, unless they are investing a bunch of money they otherwise they wouldn’t on infrastructure (cameras, mics, etc) that they otherwise wouldn’t in pursuit of YouTube fame, it really is cost-free to TRY.
