My electricity provider has just announced that they're increasing my electricity usage charges by 39% and electric supply charge by 14.5%

It's lucky inflation is only 7% though

$0.305 AUD /kWh + $1.20 per day

Check if your provider has any plans available.

I was getting rorted until I changed plans.

Even with the recent rise I think my rate is still less than I was paying 12 months ago.
