What are all the steps needed to create a 24 word seedphrase using dice?
Airgapped laptop using Tails on a USB with no persistence enabled to do the math is ok.
Bonus points for how to add a passphrase.

I used a paper list of the words mapped to hexadecimal (3 digits). I didn't have d16 so I rolled 5d20 at a time and just went left to right based on where they landed on the table. I skipped any die >16. If I got 3 die >16 I rolled them all again.
I used a coldcard mk4 dice roll function to generate the 24th word and a dice roll to pick from my options.
For the passphrase use the same technique but stick a bare number from rolling a pair of d10 between each word.
This of course assumes you are a tabletop gamer to have access to the unusual dice or are willing to pay to buy them. If you are buying buy d16 and d10 instead of improvising with d20.
