Dipping a filler rod into the puddle
I can do wire feed(MIG)
But itās been years
I can also stick weld, mico weld, and laser weld
But 99% of the time I have a foot pedal control my heat. Gun in one hand, and filler rod in the other handā¦. Dipping in the puddle.
I repair broken shit
Not create new shitā¦.
Ive welded on plastic injection molds for STIHL ( like the chainsaws)
And huskyvarna- molds forming plastic parts for like weed eaters and backpack blowersā¦
Now Iām back in high pressure aluminum die cast
So instead of the shooting plastic into to mold itās Liquid Metal.
Over time the cutting edges wear outā¦
Or parts of the mold or dies get damaged
I weld it up and either machine it back to brand new or hand work it in with like grinders and stonesā¦.
