Yea, but it's just an optional telemetry - some mainstream distros (like Ubuntu) have had it for years. I've had a machine running a variant of Ubuntu (tuxedo OS) for a while & have portmaster running in the background (from Sapian 👌) and have opted out - there's *nothing* being transmitted.

Then its an update so people know that a few more have added it.

I have been blocking telemetry and opt out in my VMs as well. I've not heard of portmaster so I'll look into it. 👍
