$1 Million in Vancouver gets you a crack shack
Unfortunately, the cost of living in some areas keeps rising, and real estate prices have become almost unaffordable. It's frustrating to witness such significant price variations worldwide and how it becomes increasingly challenging for many people to afford their own homes. 🏠💸🌍
In my home area it's more or less the price of a not-so-great 2 bedrooms flat. If you are lucky to find one in the first place. Still I wish one dsy we can movr back there, close to my family and friends.
