Just 6 months ago he was still calling bitcoin a pet rock while his bank was scooping up bitcoin. I wonder if he was always Pro-Bitcoin but just wanted to manipulate it in order to get it as cheap as possible. Now that so many selling catalysts are out of the picture he realized this is as low as it will go so time to pump it.
