Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs due to compression of the median nerve at the flexor retinaculum in the wrist and can present with pain and numbness in the palmar aspect of the first 3 digits. Risk factors include diabetes, obesity, pregnancy, hypothyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, and ESRD on hemodialysis. Treatment initially involves a trial with a wrist brace. If not improvement is noted, a nerve conduction study should be performed to assess the severity and possible need for decompression surgery.
Just 6 months ago he was still calling bitcoin a pet rock while his bank was scooping up bitcoin. I wonder if he was always Pro-Bitcoin but just wanted to manipulate it in order to get it as cheap as possible. Now that so many selling catalysts are out of the picture he realized this is as low as it will go so time to pump it.

I think it’s just that most people are already accustomed to using X and already have a big following there, not to mention now they are getting paid for their posts. It takes time for new tech to become widely recognized and adopted. Bitcoin is a prime example. Hang tight, people will come around.

A 25-year-old man comes to the emergency department due to sudden-onset fatigue and dark urine. The patient was recently diagnosed with dermatitis herpetiformis. He began treatment with dapsone and a gluten-free diet 3 days ago. This morning, the patient felt weak and had difficulty getting out of bed. His urine also appeared dark. Temperature is 37 C, blood pressure is 129/75 mm Hg, pulse is 87/min, and respirations are 15/min. The patient appears tired. Examination shows scleral icterus and pale lips. There is a papular rash along the scalp, elbows, and knees with overlying excoriation. Laboratory evaluation reveals the following:
