Age of the leader doesn’t matter.
You can have a wise young leader and a foolish old leader.
You can have a foolish young leader and a wise old leader.
But when you have the same aged leader, and one is a bull in a china closet while the other more tempered.
Choose the tempered; do not mistake temperance for weakness.

Leadership has to do with inspiring people to do what you do based upon kindness and compassion. Do you need to be blunt with certain things? Absolutely you do, but say it in a way where it doesn't destroy. That's how I look at it (which I'm working on).
Yep! How you say “I love you” will get different results if you say it soft and sweet vs yelling and screaming
