Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians!! 🧡💜

Reflecting on yesterday’s sermon, the reverend touched upon how we go from Spooks to Santa; from orange and black to red and green and how there’s so much commercialism rather than focusing on what matters. I couldn’t agree more.

Thanksgiving is a time where family and friends gather and also take part typically in sharing a beautiful meal. It’s a time where loved ones take a moment to pause and enjoy one another relishing in all they have to be grateful for. There’s little stress and other than contributing to a meal enjoyed by all; there’s no need to dish out cash or put energy in things that simply do not matter at the end of the day. How wonderful it would be for more holidays to be spent focusing on what truly matters; time with one another rather than what holidays have been pushed to become over the years.

Perhaps more people need to find bitcoin! When you do, people would be less eager to spend foolishly and be more focused on stacking the corn! 😉
