I love mashed potatoes. I rarely make them because I eat way too many. Made the coq au vin meatballs again...sans the vin because someone drank the wine before I cooked the meal...not me I swear πŸ˜¬πŸ‘€. The sauce was still tasty and so, so good over the mash. All I have is an empty bowl #foodstr #proofoflunch

These were russets, so I peeled them...mostly. any others I'll leave the skins on. Butter (lots of butter), heavy cream, chicken broth, and some seasoning 🀌🀌
