Phoenix is self-hosted, so you need inbound liquidity.

I can't figure out how to get inbound liquidity, when I can't send Bitcoin to it, tho. 😂

Someone was saying you need to send a larger initial sum, that will build the channel, I haven’t tried it yet..

Every channel increase is a splice, so I think it’s twice as expensive as a single UTXO spend. I would recommend pre-loading Phoenix with a decent on-chain transaction then spending it down, leaving you all the in-bound liquidity you should need
