I also started looking for parts. The 6504 can be replaced by a 6502 in an adapter socket, the I/O code doesn't use undef'd opcodes. W65C02/W65C22N are available from Mouser. The W65C22N is bug-compatible to the original 6522 parts (the W65C22_S_ is not!). The 2148 SRAMs might be difficult to find.
