Nothing makes customers feel more cared about than talking to an AI bot about how one’s problem is not being worked on or cared about.
JFC I hate corporate bureaucracy even more than government bureaucracy.
lol this reminds me of my mom calling support and yelling at the robot trying to get a real person on the line.
