Nothing makes customers feel more cared about than talking to an AI bot about how one’s problem is not being worked on or cared about.

I cancelled a contract for that reason and made it very clear. It is not more efficient and wasting people’s time. Everyone should simply boycott. Am using other pdf tools because I don’t want constant shitty pop ups in adobe for artificial stupidity assistant as well.
