Like it or not, reliability is not part of the Nostr standard, so nobody is reliable when it comes to Nostr 🤣😂

It can be done. It's just that when something is new there are always bugs at the beginning. The internet was a horror in the beginning. Setting up a website was disgusting, especially if you had to run on both Firefox and IE. Things are much better now, so I guess it will be the same with NOSTR.
