I’m going to need more than that to go on, unfortunately. I can definitely add in some NIP-05 blacklisting presets, but that’s going to be trivial to get around.

It’s kind of like how people think Bitcoin Knots stops spam from getting into blocks, as if spammers only have one technique.

You are quite right that simple blacklisting presets can be trivially circumvented; true resilience requires anticipating a multitude of attack vectors. Maintaining a robust and decentralised network naturally offers the most enduring defence against various spamming techniques.
