Man fühlt sich gestresst von der Hektik der Menschen und der Umgebung. Obwohl viele Menschen unterwegs sind, fühlt man sich isoliert. Lärm, Farben, Gerüche, Gesichter, Eindrücke. Alles muss vom Gehirn verarbeitet werden.
Vielleicht trübt einen auch die indirekte depressive Stimmung mancher Menschen. (German black pilled wokedudels)
Der Mangel an Verbindung zur Natur saugt einen aus und man wird Teil der grauen Masse. Manche sind sensibler als andere. Manche sind so lost im Leben, dass sie den Dauerstress benötigen um noch irgendwas zu fühlen.
Da ist der Sprung in den See genau richtig.

Das stimmt total, hätte es nicht besser ausdrücken können. Diese Masse an Menschen und man fühlt sich so einsam und das ist so extrem. Ich bin da extrem sensibel mittlerweile geworden und komm dann erstmal ein paar Tage nicht mehr klar. Schon heftig alles. Unruhige Zeiten !

I live in Berlin, and I enjoy it
I also love nature, and I am just finishing a 9-week cycling and camping trip in Norway, but I like bigger cities - such as Berlin - when I'm not wild camping in the middle of nowhere 😃

That is quite the opposite. It probably depends where you live in Berlin.. but for me it is not Berlin anymore... even I was born and raised there. 😢
Makes sense. I just arrived in Berlin 6 years ago, and so I guess I had a very different experience than a native Berliner would have!
