The ice is not floating

What kind of fluid is the ice in and how do we know it's ice? (And also not just temporarily fused to the bottom of the glass, as would happen if it was frozen in there)
It's white wine and ice cubes I got from the local supermarket. That said, you cannot know. It's just some random social media content.
