Was it an account without KYC? Do the do non-KYC'd accounts?
Because if it's KYC'd, they have to give you the corn, IMHO
Fully kyc. I have tried year after year. They customer support was useless. Also my fault for losing the 2fa tho
It's your fault, no doubt. But I believe if they KYC you again, they should be able to reset the 2fa.
Or send the money where it came from.

Few years ago (my shirtcoin phase), I had a non-KYC'd account with kraken. Send a larger amount (within their non-KYC terms) in and the blocked it and wanted to do a KYC.
I told them that it's not going to happen and asked them to send the coins back where it came from. They kept saying their shirt, I kept asking them to send it back - like an autistic child. Kept contacting them on socials, kept sending copies to all their channels, after a month, they gave up.
