This is the most stupid easy recipe I make that my family raves about so I thought I would share on #foodstr

Trashy Cheesesteak

1 lb ground beef

I small onion

1 green bell pepper

4 slices Kraft singles

Salt & pepper

(Sometimes I add mushrooms as pictured here but my kids prefer it without)

Sauté chopped onion in butter for few mins, add ground beef and brown, add chopped bell peppers. Cook until peppers are soft. Add the cheese slices on top, once they look slightly melted, stir it all together.

Serve on buttered and toasted hoagie rolls. Enjoy!
