How do i extract a csv with every utxo with address ans btc bakance. I habe a full bitcoin node and an electrs server. Is thia possibke?

No thats justvfor your wallet. I want the csv for every bitcoin address with a balance from utxo set. My iwn rich list. Verify dont trust. Similar to bitxoin-cli gettxoutset but shoe me all addresses ans bakance.
