Max certainly made some missteps.
MaxCoin was a major Ooph. I also bought ETH in 2017 so I am not perfect. Acknowledging your mistake would be honorable but I also wonder if he’s afraid of the SEC’s selective hammer. Either way max was an OG that far predated his brief foray into shitcoinery. Admitting his mistake here might be a legal hazard. Just like Bruce Fentons bullshit Ravencoin
It‘s a real pattern. Jeffrey Tucker was all up in the Darkcoin rebrand to Dash, and everyone forgets that, too.
