I tend to look at him like one of those extreme anarchapulco types, who already is heavily invested riding the fascination with Central American instability. Oh also, he started his own shitcoin. Why is it that all these venal hucksters in costumes entered into the bitcoin space by promoting a shitcoin, and we all conveniently forget it, because they make noises we like?

Max certainly made some missteps.

MaxCoin was a major Ooph. I also bought ETH in 2017 so I am not perfect. Acknowledging your mistake would be honorable but I also wonder if he’s afraid of the SEC’s selective hammer. Either way max was an OG that far predated his brief foray into shitcoinery. Admitting his mistake here might be a legal hazard. Just like Bruce Fentons bullshit Ravencoin
