Don't think this is as crazy as it sounds. Far too many people doing workouts that trigger their fight or flight reflex too often.
Our ancestors only triggered their fight or flight when it was actually needed and they used their common sense to avoid those situations.
Should be focusing on Zone 2 cardio and shorter, more intense workouts less frequently.
While I agree that applying common sense and listening to your body is critical when working out, I still think this article, especially the headline deserves a 🤡 emoji 🤗
