I'm going home after first meeting with my bass player. We tackled 3 or 4 of my old songs. All are quite melancholic, faster or slower, made me realize once again how sad person I had to be to pour it out at such a young age.

He got out contrabass with a bow and started just playing long, slow notes to my melancholic piano.
