The face of the man responsible for your ban

okay, this is absolutely fucking ridiculous. first a soft ban, now wiping your profile just like that? free speech platform my ass, Twitter/X is a digital authoritarian regime. it's always been, and, as long as it remains a centralized silo, it always will be.
I wonder if your "inauthentic behavior" was educating people, helping everyone who reached out to you, bringing loads of engagement to the site, providing top-notch content, or appealing a ban that was unjust to begin with...
She was banned because she doesn't like to lick the government boots when she's told to.
that's pretty much the gist of it.
Just to mention, AilliA is my only personal account online (that's why I'm so upset - I invested too much soul in it), but I have other accts (some multitudes bigger, lol) on different platforms related to some specific (and more serious) topics, so I more or less know the rules and how to play this social media game... I was very careful, and now I literally have no idea why twitter did it. I thought it was related to a border incident: I refused to unlock my devices and, let's say, was not in the same room with my devices all the time during that incident (and, btw, yes, I mention that because that happened very much outside of fourteen eyes and their (potential) collaborators - good thing about dogshit places - they do not share info with Western countries - so when I mention something on the internet (I think) I know what I'm doing too ;) ). I thought they tampered with my laptop. I thought I had to nuke AilliA and ~30% of my online life. But my ad hoc research, and the fact that only my two (unrelated to each other) accounts were affected (I had 20+ users on that laptop, and I was logged in to ~5 (social) media accounts under 5 different users) and also other more experienced in such "research" people confirmed that it's most likely not the case (got rid of it anyway).
So TL;DR, rn I think, it's just twitter is a bitch. Too bad I still have to deal with it... biiig f*cking time :)
it's funny how there's a parallel, both border control and centralized social media can refer to vague rules and arbitrarily subject you their whims, locking you up, interrogating you, seizing your person and your property... one in the physical, the other in the digital. so disgusting.
I have a guess as to why this happened: parties interested in Monero failing were quite active in that time period. I wouldn't be be surprised if they had mass reported major Monero-related accounts and managed to trigger Twitter's automatic restrictions. I remember someone else getting the soft ban around the same time.
You may seek other forms of redress, such as not bothering dealing with their shit anymore.
Are you just gonna give up on X entirely and stay here?
I'll republish in at least three places in the future: it's like rock climbing / mountaineering / caving: you need to have at least three points of contact to survive long(er) ;))
And you have to cancel the Premium yourself lmao wtf
good thing you're here! 🫂 we're delighted to have you with us ☺️

I scrolled the feed and got this
Even by big tech standards, those are some pretty bullshit reasons. Vague and unexplained as it gets. Fuck em.
Not sure if a human even laid eyes on your case. Seems like bots doing bot things.
I feel sad for you AilliA. You were publishing awesome content on Twitter/X.
But I'm happy you're here on Nostr and other platforms !
Keep going, fuck X ! 💪
Thank you for the kind words, tom ❤️
Just please don't be sad-- "everything that does not kill us makes us stronger" -- "they" are working really hard to make me stronger ;) I've already seen worse in my life, so "they" would need to literally kill me to bring me down, lol ;))
...on the positive side, this twitter saga has shown me that while I've invested so much of my soul into what was my only personal account online (I have other accs, some much bigger, on different platforms related to professional things), it has helped me see who my truly meaningful connections are :)
(and if you're really addicted to twitter you might like a new twitter account of a very authentic publication(!) about the Monero P2P economy by THE insider, x.com/themerit0crat ;))

so that explains why your account vanished. that's some garbage. didn't you also have premium? another reason why it's better to be on a protocol where you control your account/identity over letting some private company control it.
