Tried to get much in and go fast. But you can clearly see too short rest periods, reps dropping a lot

I prefer definitely „quality“ over „quantity“.

I focus less on machines, more on compound movements and free weights 🙏🏽

But everyone has off course his own best style, own targets, etc.

Just sharing with my digital gym buddy 😁
