Yep, you probably logged in another client and did some following (34 to be precise) there. This wiped clean your following list.

It happened to me a while ago, so I decided to set up a private relay to sync my stuff there.

To fix it you just have to follow them all back again, sorry bro

https://nostryfied.online/ would backing your npub there help before trying other clients? Seems frustrating losing all follows by trying new clients.

This tool just saved me earlier today. Not sure if it is my relay or the client that is making the mistake but I have wiped my contact list today several times and restored with the click of a button I love it!
