I spent 4 hours in 2 towns looking for a simple offset smoker.
Nada.
Had to get the thing I swore I would never use. How do you not find an offset smoker at a Home Depot, an Ace Hardware, a local farm and ranch store, or 2 Walmarts?
Is that what you would use to make biochar?

No. The pellets get burned to ash.
