Last week, Casey emails me out the blue to answer a question that was never answered previously. 🤦♀️ I honestly can’t make this up. I didn’t even post the email and tag nostr:nprofile1qqsgydql3q4ka27d9wnlrmus4tvkrnc8ftc4h8h5fgyln54gl0a7dgspz3mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduqnxamnwvaz7tmwwa3juurjd9kkzmpwdejhgtmp09mx5mr9d9kx67psv9krw63jwpchgv35w9jkgvt6xasnsucmags4j and nostr:nprofile1qqsxcgma3va3yqj3cwxzxrqxm8jg7rfszajhckm9erpkzyhtzhzj46cpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsz9thwden5te0dehhxarj9ehhsarj9ejx2a308c2scg .
I then receive an email on May 10 asking for feedback regarding my most recent CashApp experience. I was honest. Then today, CashAppResearch wants more feedback. Great. I’m all for it. I want to see improvements. But wait. $3 for my time. Come on #CashApp. Is my valuable time for feedback only worth $3? I’ve completed the survey. Hopefully, they’ll value my feedback and make improvements for a better customer experience. Now I wait for up to two weeks for $3. 🥴
What happened with cash app? I must have missed something.
