Looking at the site doesn't look like it. Would be a nice feature to add to snort/iris/coracle/primal/etc.
web scraping isn't that complicated really, I can write a basic one with curl/grep/sed. I haven't written a simple CLI for feeding in text and spitting out signed event yet but it would be a day or two's work on signr.
My plan would be to us the tool to create an account that scrapes content and then donates any zaps to OpenSats or another org. Alternatively, you could DM the X account and tell them they can claim any sats if they create an npub.
