It won't be easy to explain in one readable post but let me try, give some leads....
It is the combined result of:
The existing and unfair Fiat system.
The unfair, but most fair system I can think of, introduction phase of a #Bitcoin Standard.
The Fiat system I'm not going to explain, "The fiat standard" is a good book about it.
The "#Bitcoin standard" is a good book and that system will also solve most Fiat issues.
