Anecdotally, I received more attention when I was slimmer and practiced boxing (just saying “I train boxing” raised eyebrows and smiles from women).

But due to a knee problem, I switched to free weights. I am more muscular, but I don't get much female attention. But the sample may be biased because there is another factor: I now wear a wedding ring.
