Well it's brain so it's nerves, but I'm thinking 90 is more appropriate since we can fake behavior for somewhere around 90 days
indeed, bones are about 7 years, and most organs fully regenerate in 90 days, there is many cycles
"fake it until you make it" may just actually be exactly what you are saying, alter your behaviour for 3 months and it gets baked into your organs
but it does take a month to start the baking
