Yes. Tap lightning bolt and it will prompt you to activate wallet.

At the 4m mark it should be mentioned that Primal submits this personal info through Strike’s KYC process which links your real identity to your wallet. Primal is not clear about this.
**I suggest using Primal for their UI, but if you want to Zap someone and not risk permanently doxxing your npub, use something else.
Other wallets such as Damus support NWC which allow you to avoid this process.
