You have to wedge something pointed at the seam where it connects to the board and push.
Hard metal tweezers work for this, but trying to "grab & yank" doesn't work.
I pushed to the left on the right seam in order to avoid stabbing the other components.

I barely grabbed it with tweezers and it popped right off. Definitely do not man handle these boards.
Nice! I used a pocket knife and it chipped right off!
