Boring to do but if you ate a meal consisting of only:
-steak or ground beef
-fried or scrambled eggs
-avocado
-sourdough bread
every day (only once per day); you’d be healthier than 90% of people.
18/6 fast cycle. Don’t eat after 9pm if possible.

Damn, you could be right though.
I’ve been a huge ground beef guy lately. Still a steak maxi but ground beef is just quick/easy & delicious.
I try to eat 1lb of ground beef at least 4 times a week…
I don’t like steak really… grind em up…
I love steak. Ribeye or NYS.
