I’ve been a huge ground beef guy lately. Still a steak maxi but ground beef is just quick/easy & delicious.

I try to eat 1lb of ground beef at least 4 times a week…

I’d choose a nice ribeye 100/100 times over any other cut of anything.

Rib eye is the best, I do love a tri tip cooked over wood fire, but lamb is good too.
