One of the biggest reasons to drink coffee in heavily sweetened milk is that it allows for the abundant addition of salt.
I've found that with a 1/3 cup of maple syrup, I can add an entire teaspoon of full mineral salt. 🧂

Salt without conutrients gets flushed to the bowel. Salt with sugar, protein, and fat gets mopped up.
But don't you get enough of it during your meals?
