This is my sleep routine that starts at 9:

- Avoid blue screen and scrolling

- Put on blue light blocking glasses

- Magnesium 2x500mg

- Berberine 500mg

- Sleepy (Melatonin gummy bear 3mg, L-Theanine, 5-HTP, Vit B6)

- Inositol 3g

- Runner up, I'm going to try Apigenin, promising results
